How fast can I get a quote?
Walkthrough requests come back with a written quote within 48 hours in most cases. Larger commercial projects sometimes take longer because the scope and prep depth need more careful evaluation. The walkthrough itself is typically scheduled within a week of the initial request.
Is the walkthrough actually free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation. Danny Carpenter drives to your project, measures the slab, evaluates prep depth and any repair work needed, scopes the polish to your specs, and sends a written quote. No commitment to move forward.
Do I need to be on site for the walkthrough?
Preferred but not required. For commercial projects, having the property owner, GC, or facility manager present makes the scoping conversation more efficient. For projects where on-site presence isn’t practical, we can do a walkthrough with the building’s point of contact and follow up by phone or email.
What information should I include in the inquiry?
Project address, approximate square footage, finish level you have in mind (cream / salt and pepper / aggregate exposure; honed / satin / polished / mirror gloss), existing slab condition (new pour, existing slab, prior coatings), and any schedule constraints. The more detail upfront, the more accurate the walkthrough conversation.
How do I verify the Mint license?
Search “ROC-348746” on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. License status, business address, and bonding info are all public. Certificates of insurance go to commercial clients on request.
