The business started as Mint Coatings , a hands-on resin and concrete shop running garage epoxy alongside polished concrete. Five hundred-plus floors later, the commercial polished concrete side became the highest-leverage and longest-life work in the catalog. In 2026 we pivoted: polishing primary, epoxy secondary.

Danny Carpenter is on every install personally. Every grind pass, every densifier pour, every joint repair, every polish step. No subcontracted crews. No walk-on labor. The person who quotes the work is the person who does the work , every floor, every time. That model caps our scale but it keeps the quality bar where it needs to be for commercial work. If we’re booked, we tell you. If we can fit you in, we do it ourselves.

Commercial polished concrete is the flagship. Warehouse and industrial polishing is the highest-volume work. Restoration on older Phoenix slabs is a steady pipeline. The pivot in 2026 doubled down on that , polishing as the primary service line, epoxy as the secondary line for residential garages and select industrial.
